We heard it takes 10,000 hours of deliberate practice to achieve world-class expertise. Just to be on the safe side we each decided to double that and more before starting LeapStep.

Breeze Glazer, Arash Guity and John Rudikoff are the joint co-founders and principals of LeapStep. Our complimentary, industry leading expertise includes sustainable design, engineering and strategy. We previously worked with each other at our prior firms for almost a decade. Eventually we recognized that the most successful projects we worked on were the ones we worked on together.

LeapStep strives for human-environmental harmony and a deliberate indelible impact
