Leadership

Breeze Glazer, Arash Guity and John Rudikoff are the founders of LeapStep and oversee operations. We previously worked with each other at our prior firms for almost a decade. Eventually we recognized that the most successful projects we worked on were the ones we worked on together. Our team’s complimentary, industry leading expertise includes sustainable design, engineering and strategy.

LeapStep strives for human-environmental harmony and a deliberate indelible impact
