We look for sustainability and energy performance shortcomings and devise ways to address them - within budget. We undertake data-driven investigation of building systems, materials, envelopes and operational energy usage.

We don’t just try to beat established benchmarks. We work with and on behalf of our clients to set their own. Doing so often puts us ahead of the pack, as we have been on sustainability, which has been an integral concern of LeapStep since our founding.
