Children’s Hospital Carbon Neutrality

Location: California

Client: Confidential

Status: Complete

A leading children’s hospital has committed to carbon neutrality and recently engaged LeapStep and a partner firm to develop an actionable roadmap to achieve this goal over time. The commitment applies to their entire operations - Scope 1, 2 and 3 carbon emissions - from buildings to syringes and everything in between. Our approach has focused on establishing a clear understanding of current conditions, evaluating compatible system strategies, and developing a dynamic strategic implementation plan to support decision making for senior leadership.

The roadmap will be incorporated into the LeapStep carbon dashboard which provides a range of capabilities including data tracking and visualization for energy use, carbon emissions and renewable energy offsets.
