Ambulatory Care Center Renovation

UC Davis Health (UCDH) has established Lawrence J. Ellison Ambulatory Care Center (ACC) located in Sacramento, CA with 23 physicians that cover 15 specialty areas of medicine. UCDH took initiative to enhance the ACC through a renovation project. As part of this notable project, sustainability goals were familiarized and established. 

LeapStep supported the sustainability efforts for the ACC by facilitating a sustainability workshop with the integrated design build team and leveraging the outcomes to inform the development of a sustainability approach and high level performance criteria for the renovation project. Target areas include Energy & Carbon Emissions, Water Conservation, Health Promoting Systems, and Biophilia & Ecosystems.
